French legend David Ginola believes Monaco hitman Radamel Falcao could still make a Premier League switch, reports The Daily Star.
The Colombian striker, who is currently out of action with a long term knee injury, has been linked to a number of England's top sides.
However it remains to be seen as to whether the Premier League's
elite clubs will make a move for the striker, who is rated at around
£60 million, in the summer.
The likes of Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea have all been credited with interest in the forward and Ginola believes the 27-year-old could move to England in the future.
Ginola told
Starsport: "Everybody wants to come and play in England.
"When he had the choice and decided to go to Monaco, I was surprised in the first place.
"I expected him to go to one of the clubs in England but he's still young and he has plenty of options in his career.
"His future could lie in Spain, Monaco or England. It's too early to
decide his future now but, why not [move]? Everyone wants to play in
England.
"He could play for anyone."
Manchester United have a number of strikers at the club, with the
likes of Javier Hernandez, Danny Welbeck, Wayne Rooney and Robin van
Persie all starring at the Theatre of Dreams.
However, if Manchester United do make a move for the star, then they
may have to go head-to-head with Premier League rivals Arsenal and
Chelsea for the player's signature.
Both Arsenal and Chelsea could add to their forward lines in the next window and Falcao could well be the man they target.
